Amanda and Victoria’s wedding was the perfect blend of timeless tradition and true New Orleans spirit, steeped in love, family, and joyful connection. Surrounded by the unwavering support of their loved ones, the day began with deep emotion and ended with a celebration that lit up the heart of the French Quarter.
For Victoria, one of the most meaningful parts of the day was having all four of her grandparents by her side. She felt incredibly blessed, and it was very important to capture that once-in-a-lifetime moment. We made sure to get photos with each of them individually, as well as a group shot of all of them together—memories they will treasure forever. And of course, some quiet, tender moments between her and her parents in the Rolls Royce.
For Amanda, honoring her mom in a beautiful, heartfelt way was central to the day. A framed photo of her mom was included as she got ready, we made sure to take a quiet moment to capture that memory. At the ceremony, an empty chair in the front row was adorned with her mom’s photo, flowers, wedding ring, rosary, and ashes as a loving tribute.
It was a day rooted in love, uplifted by tradition, and carried by the energy of their incredible city and even more incredible community.

Amanda and Victoria personalized their wedding by featuring their beloved dog, Gia, who lit up the ceremony with her spirit and excitement. She made a heartwarming cameo during the ceremony, gleefully bouncing down the aisle, evoking laughter and happy tears from all in attendance.

After saying “I do,” Amanda and Victoria enjoyed a traditional New Orleans second line parade through the streets. The city was buzzing that weekend—it was Taylor Swift weekend—so the streets were packed with joyful people, many of whom joined in and danced with the wedding party, adding even more energy to the celebration.
As if the night couldn’t get any more magical, the newly installed lights on the Mississippi River bridge happened to be shining in beautiful rainbow colors, perfectly lighting up the backdrop of their special day.
The brides ended the night in classic, storybook fashion by taking a romantic horse and buggy ride through the city.
